DGI (Diversity Group International), a specialist travel management firm, has strengthened its leadership with two new hires: Julie Kendrick has joined the company as chief operating officer, while Rob Cope has been appointed as director of transformation.
The UK-based TMC, which recently named former Agiito boss James Parkhouse as CEO following a rebrand in 2025, said the new appointments reflect “DGI’s continued focus on scalable operations and technology-enabled service delivery”.
Kendrick joins the TMC with more than 25 years’ experience in the travel management sector, largely with FCM Travel, where she led operations in the UK and Ireland for more than 10 years and, more recently, served as the head of customer operations for EMEA.
At DGI, Kendrick will leverage this experience to strengthen internal capabilities “with the right tools and structure”, the company said.
Cope, meanwhile, will be tasked with redesigning service processes, with a focus on automation and technology-enabled initiatives to boost efficiency. He joins DGI from TakeTwoEton, where he served as chief technology officer.
In a statement, DGI said Kendrick and Cope will “work closely to align service delivery improvements and organisational change”.
“They both bring outstanding experience and capability at a pivotal time for DGI,” said Parkhouse.
“As we continue international growth in different continents, our focus is on strengthening operational excellence, investing in technology-enabled solutions and building a leadership team that can support the next stage of global footprint development.”
DGI, which serves the humanitarian, academic, faith and NGO sectors, was ranked as the 17th largest TMC in the UK in 2025, according to BTN Europe’s Leading TMCs report.
