Altour has teamed up with TMC tech provider TripStax to create a new “centralised ecosystem” that can be used across Altour’s network of independent agencies.
The two companies said in a statement that the TripStax platform can synchronise traveller profiles, booking data, quality control processes, documents and branding across members of Altour’s global agency network.
“Consortia gave agencies a shared logo, we’re giving Altour and its agencies a shared operating system,” explained Gabe Rizzi, Altour’s president. “Unified data, unified quality control, unified customer experience — all without sacrificing the cultural fluency that wins accounts and keeps travellers loyal.”
Altour is part of Internova Travel Group and was ranked as the third largest global TMC network in the list of Europe’s Leading TMCs 2026, with its members accounting for €9.8 billion in global business travel sales in 2025. Network members include Protravel International, Tzell, Corporate Travel Services (CTS), Colletts, YES and Barrhead Travel.
The new unified platform for Altour’s members is underpinned by the TripStax QC platform, which runs through the TripStax Core data warehouse and integrates traveller bookings, profiles, finance and third-party data.
The companies said the system has been created as a “scalable framework for global agency collaboration” that can simplify data management and reduce integration complexity.
“Agencies in multiple markets can operate through a single quality control, profile, data and documentation framework, creating a truly unified global service model,” added Jack Ramsey, CEO of TripStax.
