Max Hensser
Take2Eton Group has appointed former Reed & Mackay executive Max Hensser as chief customer experience officer.
The TMC, which is based in the UK and US, said that Hensser would join the company in the newly created role from 10 September.
Hensser has spent more than 20 years at Reed & Mackay, where his roles have included director of UK sales and most recently global director of client experience – a position he has held since 2022.
At Take2Eton, Hensser will report to the group’s new incoming CEO Julie Oliver, who also worked at Reed & Mackay. His remit will cover client experience, strategic partnerships and supporting the TMC’s growth strategy.
Chris Thelen, founder and chairman of Take2Eton Group, said: “Max’s appointment marks a pivotal moment for Take2Eton as we enter the next chapter of our growth journey.
“This year will be a significant time of transformation for the business, and I am incredibly excited about the experience, energy and perspective Max will bring to the team.”
Oliver added that Hensser would bring a “wealth of industry expertise and commercial acumen” to his new position.
