Serviced apartment company Frasers Hospitality has opened a new 180-apartment property in Dubai, the group's second location in the middle east after Bahrain.
Guus Bakker, chief operating officer, Frasers Hospitality, Europe and Middle East, said the region represents a "high priority" for future expansion.
"Dubai is the second of further Middle East expansion plans with Doha also joining our portfolio in the coming months," said Bakker.
"We also have further Middle East plans in Oman and Saudi Arabia which will be announced soon."
Frasers Suites, Dubai offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and occupies the top 23 floors of the 45-storey Sidra Tower, in Dubai Media City.
Business facilities include three meeting rooms with state of the art conferencing systems, which can accommodate between 6 and 30 guests, plus a business centre and guest lounge.
The property, located on Sheik Zayed Road, also has two swimming pools, as well as tennis and squash courts, a gym, steam room and sauna.
Frasers is also due to expand in Europe this summer, with the opening of a property in Budapest.
