Serviced apartment operator Bob W is continuing its European expansion with plans to open a new property in Rotterdam next summer.
The Finland-based company, which opened new properties in Italy, the UK and Germany earlier this year, has signed a long-term lease with Dudok Real Estate to convert office space in a mixed-use building in central Rotterdam.
The 160-unit property will occupy four floors of the ‘Weenahuis’ building, which is located within “minutes” of Rotterdam Central station. The property will include studios and one-bedroom apartments, all with kitchens, as well as a street-level lobby lounge and luggage storage and laundry facilities.
