Air France and rail operator SNCF have expanded their intermodal Train+Air programme, which combines rail and air travel on a single ticket, to all Ouigo services serving Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Ouigo, SNCF’s low-cost high-speed rail service, was first added to the programme in 2025. The latest expansion extends the initiative across the entire Ouigo network serving Paris CDG, connecting 27 railway stations to the Paris hub.
The move comes “amid strong growth” in Train+Air traffic, according to Air France. The carrier recorded a 43 per cent increase in demand during the first half of 2026 compared with the same period in 2025.
Train+Air offers digital check-in for journeys to all eligible railway stations. Passengers can check in for flights 48 hours before departure and, in the event of a delay, will be offered a “guaranteed” seat on the next available flight or train at no extra cost, the companies said.
Air France VP of sustainable development and new mobilities, Vincent Etchebehere, said: “By extending the Train + Air service to all OUIGO trains serving Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, we are offering our customers a wider choice of departure times, making it easier for them to reach our hub using a simple, integrated and low-carbon mobility solution.”
Ouigo managing director Jérôme Laffon added: “By combining the strength of the TGV INOUI and OUIGO networks within Train + Air, we are meeting strong customer demand for ever simpler and more competitive journeys.”
