The Ricoh Arena in Coventry and Ponsbourne Park, a Tesco training centre in Hertfordshire, will become part of the De Vere portfolio by the end of this month.
De Vere Venues has won the management contracts for the two properties, bringing its total portfolio to 30.
Ricoh Arena, home to Coventry City Football Club, also has a hotel and conference and event facilities, which will be rebranded under De Vere. The arena can host up to 5,000 people.
A £1 million development project will see the hotel expand, with more bedrooms and the addition of a 5,000 sq ft "training suite". The expansion is due to be completed by the end of the year.
The hotel and conference centre Ponsbourne Park is also set to join the portfolio. Currently used by the supermarket chain Tesco as its residential training centre, it will become part of De Vere Venues by the end of this month.
The 17th century property has dedicated meeting and event space, as well as a restaurant, gym, five tennis courts and an outdoor heated swimming pool.
Tony Dangerfield, De Vere Venues' CEO, said the group has an ambitious growth strategy.
"Both the Ricoh Arena and Ponsbourne Park are fantastic assets to our diverse portfolio," he said. "In a time when other businesses are struggling its great to see our team continuing to grow the De Vere Venues brand."
