Air traffic controllers in Spain are threatening to strike over pay and working conditions.
According to Reuters, union leaders have not set final dates for a strike, and that walkouts wouldn't start before August 16.
Talks between the Syndicated Union of Air Traffic Controllers and the Spanish government continue, with many hopeful for a resolution before the strikes start.
The dispute with the Spanish government has been ongoing since February, when overtime hours and controllers pay were slashed.
It was revealed that some controllers were earning as much as £290,000 a year, which is more than the prime minister earns.
The government now wants to increase the the hours controllers work and shorten their rest breaks.
