Hotel booking agency Inntel has won a contract to travel manage the television broadcaster, Channel 4.
The company will be responsible for providing accommodation and international travel services through a mixture of online and offline booking tools.
It has also been tasked with improving the compliance of C4's travellers with the travel programme.
"Inntel demonstrated a strong ability to make cost savings and a good cultural fit for Channel 4," said a spokesman for the TV station.
"It is focused on delivering the type service that our employees demand and have the backing of a good technology system to enhance our users' experience."
Inntel's managing director, Douglas O'Neill, said: "This is an exciting new account for us."
"We already have a wide range of private and public sector clients but this is our first broadcaster.
"We look forward to working with Channel 4 to ensure that its travellers' needs are met efficiently and with the very high level of individual service that we pride ourselves on delivering."
