BUSINESS TRAVEL VOLUMES are set to slow in 2011, according to a leading travel management company. Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) predicted that last year's double-digit growth would not continue this year.
The company polled 180 travel managers who were responsible for accounts worth more than £5 million and found that most were preparing for "tough" supplier negotiations.
