Serviced apartment operator Saco has opened its eighth property in the capital.
The 13 studio and one-bedroom apartments are located in a new converted period building in a courtyard off Fleet Street.
The apartment operator, which also acts as a booking agency for other apartment providers, has seen its number of London apartments grow by 38% since February, with new locations including Waterloo.
Jo Redman, Saco's sales and marketing director, said the expansion had been in response to high demand.
"London is one of those locations where demand continually outstrips supply," she said.
"Throughout the downturn, it was the one of the few markets which remained resilient so it's vital that we continue to build our presence in the capital."
Saco aims to expand further in the capital, said Redman: "Our aim is to continue our search for quality accommodation in excellent locations as we believe London presents big opportunities for us."
