SWISS is to strengthen its current six times a day service between London Heathrow and Geneva.
The airline will introduce a second Airbus A320 on the route from next March.
Previously it has used an aircraft from its sister airline bmi, like SWISS owned by Lufthansa.
But from next March the second aircraft will fly under SWISS livery.
SWISS launched the Heathrow-Geneva service in January and said a recently announced profit of CHF 61m (€45.5m) plus "strong demand" had allowed it to switch to its own aircraft.
Bmi previously operated three of the six times a day service.
