Leading independent TMC Portman Travel has signed a deal to enable it to manage public sector travel.
The agreement is with Buying Solutions for Travel Management Service Providers, which handles travel for the UK public sector.
The deal, which is for four years, will enable Portman to provide travel management for rail travel and booking services in the UK and for air and ferry services.
Michael Hare, Portman's ceo, said: "This provides a great opportunity for Portman Travel to utilise our significant experience within the private sector to deliver outstanding travel solutions."
