THE DORCHESTER Collection's latest property, Coworth Park, near Ascot on the edge of Windsor Great Park, opens next May with 70 rooms and three function suites. The largest is the Oval Room, which seats 130 (theatre-style), with the Garden Room (120) and the Oak Room (50). There is additional space in the Tower House for up to 40 people.
The surrounding 240 acres lend themselves to activities, and the 5-star hotel will have a marquee, helicopter pad, spa, equestrian centre, two polo fields and pitch-and-putt golf. Coworth Park can be booked for exclusive use.
