UPMARKET SERVICED APARTMENT owner and operator Cheval Residences has been granted planning permission to build a new property next door to the Tower of London.
The Three Quays, due to be completed by April 2013, will have 97 serviced apartments, as well as 64 private residences. One-, two- or three-bedroom apartments will be available. Work was scheduled to start as BBT went to press. The site, on the north bank of the Thames, has been derelict for more than 20 years.
