CARLSON WAGONLIT TRAVEL (CWT) has signed deals with conTgo and WorldMate, enabling the company to extend products and services to SMS and smartphone platforms.
Travellers will be able to check itineraries and receive health, safety and flight status alerts.
CWT will also offer real-time crisis communications and destination intelligence.
