Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) UK & Ireland recently honoured 100 of its top employees for outstanding service at its HighFlyers event. Attendees had a Champagne trip on the London Eye before celebrating at the London Aquarium. The CWT HighFlyers recognition scheme allows staff to nominate colleagues for going above and beyond in their everyday roles. From these nominations, 25 people are chosen by senior management each quarter and the reason for each individual's success is shared with the company.
