Amadeus has starting rolling out a new booking solution aimed at online travel booking sites.
The booking system uses Amadeus' Cars Plus XML technology, which makes it easier for online agents to offer functionalities such as map displays and point of reference searches.
Javier Sancho,contracting and product director for launch partner Transhotel said: "With Amadeus Car Plus technology, we were able to easily customise the booking flow so that it fits transparently with our own look and feel."
Jérôme Vanazzi, Director of Amadeus Cars, said: "It is important for Amadeus to provide online players with a portfolio of solutions that meet their requirements in terms of development cost, flexibility and time to market."
The Cars Plus system is already available to agents using the Amadeus Selling Platform.
