THE GOVERNMENT will address its plans regarding the reform of air passenger duty (APD) in the Budget on March 23. Transport minister Theresa Villiers said that the government was looking into the effects of the per-passenger tax on the aviation industry.
"We will publish our views on APD in March, but I won't anticipate the announcement in the Budget," she said. Villiers was addressing industry leaders at Transport Times: A New Strategy for UK Aviation conference in central London.
