NH Hotel Group has launched a new Click & Meet online booking platform for meetings space at its properties.
The new portal is available through NH PRO, which is the hotel brand’s platform for travel professionals, and gives access to more than 1,600 meeting and event spaces in 103 hotels across 14 countries.
Users can find price and availability information in “real time”, as well as making a firm reservation, which can be cancelled for free up to 14 days before the event.
The new service is now available in 14 European markets, including Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Netherlands and the UK.
In another move, NH Hotels has just launched Buyouts by NH, which is a service giving organisations the chance to exclusively hire entire hotels and spaces to give them full privacy and flexibility for their event.
The company is also allowing corporates to reserve outdoor spaces at its properties, such as terraces with mountain views and rooftops in urban areas.
NH Hotels, which is part of Minor Hotels, held more than 110,000 events in 2019 before the pandemic struck and is looking to use these new tools to help rebuild this business.
The group said it was looking at adding more potential functionality, such as allowing meeting spaces and hotel rooms to be reserved at the same time, as well as including more spaces and hotels in other countries.
