Event and meeting management platform Hubli has launched a tool enabling users to create meeting request forms with customisable fields and approval workflows.
According to Hubli’s website, users can build meeting request forms using a drag-and-drop interface. The platform allows users to set spending limits, establish approval processes, and integrates with HR systems for automated approvals.
Hubli's AI decision tree analyses each meeting request, automatically sending simple meetings (under a specified spend threshold) to self-service booking options, or directing more complex events to planners or agencies. Alternatively, an approval process can also be triggered before moving forward with sourcing, according to the company.
Once created, the MRF can be easily scaled across an organisation, Hubli said.
The move follows a series of recent upgrades to the platform, including an integration with sustainability specialist Squake that enables forecasting of carbon emissions associated with travel for meetings.
Last month, Hubli also announced a partnership with Radisson Hotel Group that will see it connect with “nearly 900 hotels” via an API integration. Expected to go live in Q3, the integration will allow real-time venue information, such as room capacity adjustments, updates to images and changes to meeting room names, to be automatically reflected on the Hubli platform.
