A panel of travel management experts is set to talk about best practice for influencing traveller behaviour to drive compliance at next month’s BBT Forum in London.
The session will feature advice from Katrina Williams, deputy director and head of travel at Crown Commercial Service (pictured); Will Hasler, chairman of industry affairs at ITM; and Douglas Green, managing director of HRS.
The session will look at pre-trip approval tools, employee influencing skills and other techniques to ensure travellers choose options you wish them to and that savings efficiencies are maximised.
Delegates will hear the panel of experts, each with a wealth of experience, describe which tools work for them and give examples of how to implement best practice.
Williams joined Crown Commercial Service in 2012, having worked in travel for more than 20 years at companies such as Hilton, Zibrant and Portman Travel. As head of travel, Williams and her team manage public sector spend of up to £1.7 billion a year through designing and delivering a series of commercial agreements and technology solutions.
The next BBT Forum – held in association with ACTE – heads to its new venue on 16 May at One Whitehall Place from 9.30am-4.30pm. The event, which is sponsored by AirPlus International, All Nippon Airways, Enterprise and HRS, includes a buffet lunch and plenty of networking opportunities.
Other panels lined up for the event will cover blockchain and payments, GDPR and the future of procurement. View the full agenda at bbtforum.com/schedule
