Cycas Hospitality has signed a lease agreement with ECHO
Partners to operate its first Radisson-branded property and the first Radisson
Hotel & Suites in Western Europe.
Opening early 2021, the 227-suite Radisson Hotel &
Suites Amsterdam South aparthotel will offer a selection of studio, one and
two-bedroom apartments, each with its own kitchen. Other facilities at the
property will include a gym, on-site bar and restaurant and outdoor terrace
seating, as well as underground parking for up to 70 cars.
Located to the south of the city, the hotel is within
walking distance of several international companies’ headquarters and close to
transport links to the Zuidas central business district, city centre and
Schiphol airport.
The agreement comes after Cycas partnered with IHG to develop
the first Holiday Inn Express & Suites concept in Europe earlier this year.
The Radisson property will be Cycas’s fifth in the Benelux region and the third
in Amsterdam, where the hotel management company is headquartered.
