HIGH LEVELS OF satisfaction have been recorded by travellers using London's new St Pancras International station, according to independent research.
The key findings of the Ipsos MORI survey, conducted earlier this spring, were far better than had been expected:
- 93 per cent of those interviewed said they were at least "satisfied" with the station, while over half (54 per cent) were "very satisfied".
- 81 per cent said St Pancras International had "met or exceeded" expectations.
- No one expressed disappointment.
Dominique Didinal, marketing manager at St Pancras International, says: "The experience that our visitors enjoy is absolutely paramount in terms of our success as a 'Destination Station'. We are creating an attractive place to meet, whether or not you are getting on a train."
