Airfare and hotel price tracking service Yapta has announced that Ellen Keszler and Rejiv Rajian have been appointed to its board of directors.
Keszler is the president and CEO of Clear Sky Associates, a management and strategy consulting firm focused on the technology and travel industries. Previously, she served as president of Travelocity Business and senior vice president of the North America division at Sabre Travel Network.
She has also held various finance roles at Sabre, American Airlines and JCPenny. She currently serves on several boards, as well as the audit and nominating/governance committee of Pros Holdings.
Rajian is the executive vice president of business travel for Amadeus. He has more than 20 years’ travel industry experience with a strong track record in business travel, product marketing, strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Amadeus, Rajian was responsible for all commercial activities for Sabre Travel Network as vice president of global sales and account management. He has also held the role of vice president of product marketing at Sabre and as general manager of Sabre’s media solutions.
Keszler and Rajian join a board of directors that includes Christopher Juneau, vice president and chief of staff president at SAP Concur, Bill McAleer, MD at Voyager Capital, Sterling Wilson, president and CEO of Shiftboard, and James Filsinger, president and CEO of Yapta.
