Silverjet has launched a loyalty programme known as ”The Silverjet Set” that will reward companies with a free flight for every ten taken by employees.
The carrier asked small and medium sized enterprise (SME) customers to identify the most common complaints of existing loyalty schemes and came up with free flights redeemable to the business and that can be taken by any employee.
”We wanted to create a loyalty programme that rewards our regular business travellers whilst delivering real benefits to the bottom line,” said Silverjet CEO, Lawrence Hunt.
In addition to rewarding businesses with complimentary flights, Silverjet Set also provides the means to book, track, report on, manage and change, flight bookings.
Each business that registers will have a support team and regular travellers are able to build up and store individual profiles and preferences, as well as have access to offers from the airline.
Hunt added: ”Silverjet has huge appeal to businesses not only because of the private jet experience our service provides to their employees, but also because we can offer them cost saving flights.”
”If a business switches to Silverjet from the likes of BA or Virgin for ten flights a year they can save more than ”20k ($41,000) from their cost base and this number will increase significantly should more flights be required.”
