Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS) has announced the launch of a thrice-weekly service from Bristol International Airport to Oslo, starting from 1 April next year.
The new return service is the second route launched by SAS from Bristol, following its June 2007 introduction of a seasonal summer Bristol to Stockholm service.
SAS is offering one way fares starting from ”29 ($59) including taxes, with travellers able to choose from Economy and Economy Extra class travel.
Economy Extra provides business class check-in facilities and fully flexible fares with no restrictions.
Economy Extra passengers are seated in a dedicated area between the business and economy sections and will be provided with a complementary meal with drinks and can earn extra frequent flyer points.
”We are expecting to see large numbers of leisure and business travellers taking advantage of the new route and flying to Oslo to explore Norway”s beautiful capital city,” said SAS general manager, UK & Ireland, Lars-Ove Filipson.
