The Irish carrier is currently operating a four-times daily summer service on the route.
From late October, it will up this to six-times daily, one more daily flight than during the winter 2014/15 season.
Outbound flights will depart Dublin at 0620, 1035, 1350, 1630, 1850 and 2030 and arrive in Manchester at 0725, 1135, 1450, 1735, 1955 and 2135.
Return flights will leave Manchester at 0800, 1200, 1515, 1720, 1800 and 2140 and land in Dublin at 0900, 1300, 1610, 1825, 1900 and 2240.
Earlier this month, Ryanair signed an agreement with GDS firm Sabre. The deal will see all of Ryanair’s fares and ancillary services made available to Sabre-connected agencies and corporations across Europe.
