Virgin Trains will offer revised complimentary menus to customers travelling first class on its London Euston West Coast services from Wednesday 17 October.
Selected morning business trains to Euston will offer Craster kippers as a permanent signature dish and Weetabix cereal will replace muesli.
The All Day Offer will feature a selection of hot options, speciality sandwich or a traditional sandwich.
Four of the six options are designed as a complete snack served in a bowl, each accompanied by focaccia bread.
Chocolate shortbread biscuit will now form part of the cake selection.
Furthermore, new sandwich fillings have been introduced to the Afternoon Tea menu on selected business trains leaving Euston during late afternoon.
Evening menus will now feature a Dutch meal consisting of bacon pieces, green French beans, carrots, potatoes, apples and pears. Fish will also be added on a Friday accompanied by a portion of mushy peas.
Virgin restored its original catering services on the London to Glasgow route in May 2004, announcing future changes if the response was successful.
