Travellers arriving in the UK from Israel, Jerusalem, Rwanda, Namibia, Sri Lanka and Uruguay after 4am on Saturday 21 November will no longer need to go into quarantine for 14 days.
The UK government has updated its list of travel corridors to reflect the latest information on Covid prevalence around the world.
Also added to the list of countries from which those arriving no longer need to self-isolate are the Northern Mariana Islands, the US Virgin Islands and the islands of Bonaire, St Eustatius and Saba in the Caribbean.
The current national lockdown in England running until 2 December which bans overseas travel does not apply to essential trips for work purposes.
