Jet Airways has introduced new regional routes between Ahmedabad, Indore, Bhopal, Raipur and Hyderabad using its new state-of-the-art ATR 72-500 aircraft in an all-economy configuration.
With a schedule specifically for business travellers, Jet Airways says it will be the only carrier offering a same-day return option on the Ahmedabad-Indore sector.
Flight 9W 3417 will depart Ahmedabed at 06:30, arriving in Indore at 07:50 and will then depart Indore at 08:20, arriving in Bhopal at 09:05.
It then departs Bhopal at 11:35 for Hyderabad ” the airline”s first direct service between the cities ” arriving 13:15. This makes flight 9W 3417 the first to connect Indore and Hyderabad, despite it having two stop-overs.
”With smaller metros like Bhopal, Raipur and Indore growing at a fast pace, we believe that there is a strong demand for better connectivity in these areas,” said Jet Airways chief executive officer, Wolfgang Prock-Schauer.
It has also introduced an additional frequency on the Ahmedabad-Mumbai sector, with flight 9W 2408 departing Ahmedabad at 00:30 and arriving at 01:50, offering the airline”s international passengers convenient connections. On the return journey, flight 9W 2407 will depart Mumbai at 02:45 arriving in Ahmedabad at 04:05.
