Yup, it”s the story reported in the broadsheets last week that a New Yorker got a JetBlue ticket off a friend (who works at the airline) for a flight from California to the Big Apple, only to be told ” so he says ” there was a Big Problem with available seats (there weren”t any) and that he had to sit on the toilet for much of the five hour trip.
Bummer.
Apparently he”s lodged a $2m lawsuit against the airline ” so as well as a free flight, he could soon be rolling in it. I think I”d sit on a toilet for a couple of hours with a good book for that kind of cash. That works out at hundreds of bucks for every mildly uncomfortable minute, doesn”t it?
