EasyJet has upgraded its priority boarding service to include passengers with luggage.
From today (18 December), easyJet is introducing Speedy Boarding Plus, allowing customers with hold baggage to use a dedicated check-in desk across much of the network.
The Plus facility can be booked online as part of the normal internet process and will be noted on the confirmation email. On arrival at the airport, customers should present themselves at the Speedy Boarding Plus check-in desk, where they will be assigned to the pre-boarding group when the boarding card is issued.
Passengers must then be at the gate 25min prior to departure and will be boarded before all other customers, with the exception of wheelchair users.
Speedy Boarding Plus is sold on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 30 customers to make the online booking and the fee is based on the length of the flight and departure airport. Prices vary from ”5.50 ($11) and ”9.
