China Airlines has opened two new facilities at Taoyuan International Airport ” a first class check-in lounge at Terminal 2, and a self check-in counter called KIOSK, at counter 7, in Terminal 1.
The new lounge is available to First Class flyers and Paragon Members, offering guests greater comfort and privacy ” one small touch is that it features twin computer screens at each check-in desk, so that passengers can see all of their flight details.
Another small touch ” for the discerning traveller ” is the display of duplicate porcelain and art works from Taipei”s National Palace Museum.
The self-service KIOSK enables travellers to print boarding passes and arrange their seating, making the whole check-in procedure quicker and more efficient.
The new services are part of China Airlines” plans to improve its passenger services.
