British Airways has announced it will increase the frequency of flights between Scotland and Heathrow for the winter season, operating nearly 200 services a week from October to March.
Beginning the week of 27 October, the airline will add services to its routes from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen until 28 March 2020.
Weekly flights between Edinburgh and Heathrow will go up by three to 69, while return services between Glasgow and London will go up by five to 63. Meanwhile, BA will add three flights a week between Aberdeen and the capital, taking the total number to 50.
In addition, the carrier said it will operate a double-daily service on the Inverness-Heathrow route from October.
