In communications sent out to Executive Club members yesterday (Friday 22 August), British Airways says that it has ”agreed with the airport operator BAA to revise the date for the move of our short haul European services from London Heathrow Terminal 1 into Terminal 3. The planned date for the move is now 27 January 2009. This move was originally scheduled for 17 September 2008.
The delay affects services to and from Barcelona, Helsinki, Lisbon, Madrid and Nice. In addition, BA”s oneworld partners Iberia and Finnair will also move into T3 on the same date.
BA has a specific section of its website for customers confused at the terminal changes

BA says that ”the move between terminals has been changed due to the complexities of moving more than 50 airlines around the airport as part of Heathrow's major redevelopment programme.”
