Air France is increasing its frequencies on the key route between Paris and New York this summer, including doubling the number of flights to Newark’s Liberty International Airport.
The airline said that it will offer six daily flights from Paris Charles de Gaulle to New York’s JFK Airport during summer 2026, as well as increasing its services from Paris CDG to Newark from daily to double-daily, starting on 1 June.
Transatlantic joint venture partner Delta Air Lines will offer another three daily services between Paris CDG and New York JFK this summer.
New York will be one of the key locations for the FIFA World Cup football tournament taking place in June and July.
Air France’s Paris-Newark flights will be served by Airbus A350-900 aircraft, which are equipped with its newest cabins, including the airline’s new business class seats.
The carrier will also offer special flights between New York JFK and Nice airports for the Cannes Lions Festival in June, which serves the advertising and communications industries.These flights will operate to Nice on 20-21 June and in the opposite direction to New York on 25-26 June.
Air France has already announced that it will operate special flights between Nice and Los Angeles for the Cannes Film Festival in May.
