Air France KLM today (December 7) said traffic rose by 4.3% in November compared with the same month last year.
The joint airline also said its load factor rose slightly by 1.1% to 79.1% while capacity was up 2.9%.
AF KLM said it carried 5.68m passengers during the month, an increase of 4.7% on 2009.
Asia business remained “dynamic” with a 6.8% increase in traffic, a 6.4% rise in capacity and a 0.6% rise in the load factor.
But on routes to the Americas, there was a 2.8% rise in traffic and a 2.9% increase in capacity but a 0.7% drop in the load factor.
AF KLM said traffic on its European service “rose strongly” by 6.7% despite a lower capacity (0.6%). The load factor rose by 4.8% to 70.3%.
