Spain’s largest hotel group Meliá Hotels International now
has its first outpost in the Netherlands following the opening of the
Innside Amsterdam, the newest property in its millennial-targeted lifestyle brand portfolio.
The 328-bedroom hotel, in converted 1980s office towers in
the Dutch capital’s Zuidas district, is ten minutes from Schiphol Airport and
includes a skybar and restaurant on the 19th floor with views across the city.
The hotel offers two flexible meeting spaces
and is collaborating with neighbouring co-workspace Atrium Amsterdam, which has
additional meeting rooms and conference facilities.
The Innside Amsterdam will offer 24-hour bicycle rental
service for guests in keeping with the city’s cyclist-friendly image.
Innside by Meliá is currently in 28 locations in 10
countries and there are 14 in the pipeline including hotels in Liverpool,
Newcastle and Lisbon.
