BTN Europe presents an overview of business travel and MICE predictions for this year

Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, the privately owned Scottish hotel company, has partnered with MICROS-Fidelio UK to provide a single inventory for Global Distribution Services (GDS) across its portfolio of 68 properties.
The OPERA Enterprise Solution that is to be used includes OPERA Reservation System, a company-wide inventory and reservation management tool for central reservations and global sales staff; OPERA Customer Information System, which gathers all data regarding guests, travel agents, source, group and company and can be shared by all properties to help customer relations; and OPERA Web Services to provide online room reservations and booking management capabilities for individuals and travel managers.
