Hyatt is set to open a new property at the redeveloped Olympia exhibition and conference centre in London this spring.
Hyatt Regency London Olympia in Kensington, West London, is now accepting bookings for stays from 26 May, according to Hyatt's website.
The property forms part of the £1.3 billion project to renovate Olympia, which was home to Business Travel Show Europe before the event moved to the ExCeL exhibition centre in East London in 2021.
The 204-room hotel is directly linked to Olympia’s event spaces by a glass corridor, while also offering three of its own meetings rooms.
Guests will also have "exclusive priority access" to the adjacent Pillar Hall dining room, bar, conservatory and garden café. Other facilities will include a lounge café and bar, plus the “grab and go” hotel market.
The 14-acre redeveloped Olympia site will also include a new CitizenM property, which will be the Marriott-owned brand’s fifth location in the UK capital.
The renovated Olympia complex will be home to the British Airways ARC live entertainment venue, which will have a capacity of 3,800 people and is due to open later this year. This will be followed in 2027 by the introduction of the British Airways Theatre at Olympia, which will be able to house up to 1,575 guests.
