SIRIUS MANAGEMENT, the outsourced travel management and strategic sourcing consultancy headed by Tom Stone, is to collaborate on multinational consulting projects with US-based Partnership Travel Consulting.
PTC, established by Andrew Menkes in 2001, was sold to Hogg Robinson Group in 2006, after which Menkes joined Eos Airlines. However, he re-purchased the business soon after Eos ceased operations earlier this year.
