Manila: After a delay of almost six years, Ninoy Aquino International Airport's Terminal 3 began partial operations for domestic flights at the end of July.
Low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific Air was the first to use the new facility, with Philippine Airlines and Air Philippines expected to follow with more domestic connections. International services are likely to start by the spring of next year.
