HONG KONG: Cathay Pacific this month opens an arrivals lounge at Hong Kong International Airport. Located in the passage connecting Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, it mirrors the design of The Wing and The Pier, Cathay's two departure lounges.
The new facility features eight shower suites, food and beverages, and desktop computers with internet access. It is available to First Class passengers and members of the airline's Marco Polo Club frequent flyer programme with gold status or above. Travellers with Emerald status in the FFPs of Oneworld partner airlines can also use the lounge as long as they are flying on either Cathay Pacific or Dragonair and their final destination is Hong Kong.
