Tokyo: Connection times at Narita airport have been reduced for Japan Airlines' domestic passengers who are transferring to international flights operated by JAL and its Oneworld alliance partners - American Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Finnair and Qantas.
The change has been made possible through the opening of an exclusive passport control area and security checkpoint for passengers connecting from domestic to international flights at Terminal 2, resulting in a 25 per cent time saving - from 80 minutes to 60 minutes.
