Shirley Marguerite to head UK and South and West Europe marketing division.
Shirley Marguerite has been appointed to the newly created post of Qatar Airways” new regional marketing manager, based in its London office.
She joins the airline from the housing organisation Ujima where she was head of communications and PR.
Ms Marguerite has previously worked in the airline industry as the UK & Ireland marketing manager for British Airways” Executive Club.

Radisson SAS Waterfront appoints new manager
Michele Somers has been appointed general manager of the Radisson SAS Waterfront hotel in Jersey.
She joins the four star, 195-room hotel from the Radisson SAS Portman in London”s West End.
Ms Somers brings with her 10 years” experience within the Rezidor group, having supported openings across Europe.

New Radisson SAS Bristol announces manager
Michael Rathgeb is the new general manager of the Radisson SAS hotel, Bristol, which is due open in early 2009.
Mr Rathgeb leaves the Radisson SAS Hotel, Krakow, where he has been general manager since August 2005.
Since 1998, he has held managerial positions at Radisson SAS hotels in Erfurt, Bahrain, Sharm El Sheikh, Vienna and Stockholm.
Mr Rathgeb was part of Radisson”s ”fast forward” development programme in 2003, and attended the General Manager Programme at Cornell University, New York, in 2005.
