East Midlands Trains is the latest rail operator to start offering wireless internet access on its trains.
From September 5 the service will be available on all fast trains on the London-Sheffield route (which leave London at 55 minutes past the hour and Sheffield at 27 minutes past the hour).
The "Robin Hood" Nottingham to London train, which departs at 7.50am, arriving into London at 9.30am, will also offer the service.
East Midlands plans to have internet access on all trains to and from London by the end of the year.
Internet access will be free for First Class passengers. Standard class passengers will be charged £4 per journey (up to three hours) or £7.50 per day.
