Risk management company Healix International is expanding its corporate travel services through a new partnership with Schillings, which provides support for clients whose travellers are affected by hijacks, kidnapping and ransom demands.
Schillings specialises in international security and intelligence services for corporates, such as responding to hijackings and kidnappings through dedicated crisis management teams operating on the ground.
The company deploys experts in media, data protection, military intelligence, cyber security and digital forensics to “assess situations and deal with locals on the ground to protect a business’ employees”.
Through the new partnership, Healix clients can now access Schillings’ hijack, kidnap and ransom consultancy as part of Healix’s Corporate Business Travel package.
Charlie Butcher, CEO of Healix International, said: “The return to corporate travel and the recent crisis in Europe has pushed us to consider the importance of our offering in providing holistic crisis support for our members and their staff.
“This partnership builds on this even further – Schillings has an impressive record of successful interventions and their responses provide invaluable guidance and advice for clients. We are confident they will receive the best possible support and outcome in the event of a crisis.”
Brittany Damora, senior associate of critical risk advisory at Schillings Partners, added: “The risks to privacy, safety and security are evolving in our increasingly connected world – and given the complexity of these threats, a range of disciplines and experts are needed to address them.
“By combining both organisations’ expertise, we can offer a robust and holistic solution to the growing safety and security risks we’re seeing today.”
