Italian travel management company ACI blueteam has announced a new organisational structure that it says will “enhance specialisation” and “streamline processes”.
The Luisago-based company has established two new operational divisions: Travel4Business, dedicated to corporate travel services, and Travel4People for the leisure market.
“This reorganisation stems from the desire to build a more modern and agile company, capable of anticipating the needs of a constantly evolving sector,” said ACI blueteam general manager Roberto Bettinelli.
“It is a strategic investment that strengthens our positioning and allows us to face the future with a clearer, stronger structure [that is] even more oriented toward service quality.”
Fausto Portelli, previously the TMC’s corporate travel director, will now lead the Travel4Business division as chief operating officer, while Piergiorgio Reggio, former marketing and corporate leisure director, will take on the COO role for the Travel4People arm.
Commenting on the implications for its corporate clients, Portelli said: “Our priority will be to further elevate quality standards, investing in increasingly efficient processes and advanced technological solutions.
“Through the commercial team, we will consolidate and strengthen our market presence with a widespread and proactive approach alongside our clients, ensuring high-value services in corporate travel and MICE. At the same time, thanks to the supplier team, we will continue to cultivate and reinforce partnerships with our suppliers, a strategic factor to guarantee a competitive and increasingly distinctive offering.”
ACI blueteam was ranked as the fifth largest TMC in Italy in BTN Europe’s Leading TMCs 2025 report.
