Sir Stelios has said he will launch a new travel company under the Easy brand next year.
The Easyjet founder, and owner of the Easy Group which includes Easyhotels and Easybus, is in the early stages of planning Easyholiday.
According to The Telegraph, the online cheap flights and hotels company will launch late next year.
The news comes shortly after Easyjet announced its strategic partnership with the Low Cost Travel Group, and just days before the airline is expected to announce its future strategy to shareholders.
Easyjet will launch its holiday brand under the partnership, Easyjet Holidays, early next year.
Sir Stelios and Easyjet had been in a bitter disagreement over how much of Easyjet’s profits could come from the sale of ancillaries such as hotels and car rental.
Sir Stelios had threatened the airline with taking away its rights to the Easy name.
He had argued that Easyjet's operations had outgrown the terms of its brand agreement, which required Easyjet to receive 75% of its income from "core activities".
But last month saw an an end to the lengthy dispute, with a new branding agreement allowing Easyjet to generate unlimited revenues from ancillary sales.
This allows the airline to keep its Easy name and expand its non-aviation business, while paying a percentage of the profit to the entrepeneur.
Under the agreement, Sir Stelios can not launch a competing business until September 2011, but thereafter is free to do so.
